  1. I did this before we had our daughter and loved it! However, I felt drawn back in when I had my daughter because everything was virtual with COVID for parenting help and this is where the mommy groups are. Any advise on how to kick social media but maybe still connect with other parents especially as a first time mom with questions (for instance, "my daughter just….. is this normal!?")
