Mam , i think when we consume good content only then also sometimes we get so much of panic and stress as i felt it i was consuming only good and useful data , but suddenly my mind get frustrated from this PHONE/SCREEN LIFE of all of us , so i think DETOX once in a WEEK is very needed one even we consuming healthy information. What about it ?

  5. so true we end up stimulating our mind while going to sleep and next morning i experience tiredness and unwillingness to get up from the bed. I can feel overall drop in my productivity,concentration and energy.
